What You’ll Do :

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Electronics)- Machine Shop & Forging Shop

Note : SGK India Payroll only

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical or Electronics

Experience: 3-10 Yrs Maintenance Exp in MCD & FMD

Key skills : Proper knowledge CNC, VMC & HMC, FORGING, Fanuc and Siemens Control, PLC, Sensors, Automation, Robotics, Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting, Machine Shop, Press Shop etc..

JD:

Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting of MCD & FMD Division

Knowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics of CNC & Press Machines etc..

Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits

Back Up & Parameter reference of Fanuc, Siemens control

Attend the Breakdown in CNC, VMC, PLC, Press Machines and Utilities area

Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures by using Problem solving tools

Reduction of spare part cost in proper Maintenance diagnosis

Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP
