Troubleshoot network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN region)

IPsec LAN-to-LAN (IOS/ASA)

AAA protocols: Radius, TACACS+, Wired and Wireless authentication protocol_802.1x
LDAP, Active Directory, RSA Secure ID
ACS; ISE_ Profiling, Posturing, BYOD, Guest Access
Routing & Switching (Understanding of any or more of following)
Basic LAN configuration- Vlans, Trunks, Ether-channels
switching concepts- CEF, QoS on catalyst switches, L2PT, Dot1Q tunneling, VSS.

Cisco Prime infrastructure series Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
Cisco Mobility service engine, Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting.

Working at Technical Assistance Centre & Resolving network issues of Enterprise customers.
Qualification: Any bachelors degree (Preferably Technical)
Experience: 1 10years
