Essential Responsibilities:

· Perform structural analysis for optimizing designs.

· Review the designed models, interact with the CAD team, provide feedback.

· Perform vibrational analysis.

· Conduct natural frequency study to understand the resonance conditions.

· Analyze the vibration transmissibility to critical components suggests design changes.

· Perform the weight distribution study and optimize the CG.

· Perform vehicle dynamics simulations to evaluate ride comfort analysis, optimize the suspension system, using Multi-Body Dynamics and Numerical analysis.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

· ME/M.Tech fresher in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering with internship/ project/ thesis in the relevant domain.

· Must have participated in the India’s top student racing competitions like FSAE, BAJA, SUPRA, etc.

· Fair knowledge of vehicle dynamics and various sub-systems like steering, suspensions, brakes, etc.

· Hands-on experience in Ansys Mechanical, Altair suits, Matlab, Simulink.

· Experience in projects related to automotive development.

· Hard-working ability and the desire for excellence in executing projects.

· Strong and effective communication skills.
