We are located at Cochin Special Economic Zone, and we need dynamic engineers from the fields of Electronics and Communications, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunications, Electronics & Instrumentation, & Computer Science
or similar fields with a minimum aggregate of 60%, for induction as Telecom Engineer Trainees.
We are looking for fresher's those are completing their courses in the academic year 2020.
Candidates with knowledge of Micro station / AutoCAD / Programming / GIS will have preference.
The candidates should have a very good academic track record and excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies. They must be willing to relocate to in and around Kakkanad, Cochin and willing to work in shifts.
The candidates selected and trained by the company should be willing to stay with the company for a period of at least 18 months from the date of joining.
Compensation -
The starting consolidated stipend would be Rs:13,000/- per month for the first 12 months and on successful completion of training and probation, they would be placed as Telecom Engineer- Level One in the 2nd year and there will be further increments every year.
They would also be eligible for shift allowance for Rs1500/- to Rs5000/- ( for evening shift & Night Shift ) per month and monthly incentives upto Rs8000/- PM after they start the production work based on individual work output, as per the company norms.

3.Ensure the design have acceptable quality
4.Proper Communication with supervisor about the job status
5.Check possibility of Continuous improvement
6.Ready to adapt to the change based on project requirement
7.Take the ownership of the task you are working
8.Understand the client requirement and work accordingly
